Can’t recommend David enough this is our second time using him first time was to sell then a year and few months later we bought.

He is very knowledgeable and quick to respond. We had so many things working against us with it being a difficult market and the home we were buying was being sold by 5 different siblings and their children! We also used a lender (not the one David recommended we should have gone with his pick) that started to create confusion because of lack of communication in the lender office. David stepped in and straightened things out and became our voice so that we could avoid the emotional roller coaster. He goes above and beyond for his clients and we are forever grateful God put him in our lives!

"David was amazing from the beginning to the end! Throughout the entire process he was always available to us. We are first time home buyers and honestly had no idea what to do or how to even begin our search. We first met with David and got to know a little bit about each other. We then talked about what my boyfriend and I wanted in a home, what we really liked and disliked. From then the search began! When we finally found “the one,” I can honestly say I was nervous we might get out bid or we were just too late, but David made sure he did everything in his power to help us get this home. With pleasure, he talked us through any obstacle we came across and was available to answer any of our questions. He even gave us an amazing closing gift that we both love dearly.
